Lift

Welcome to the perfect full body workout class. Low weight, high reps. This resistance class gives you everything you need in one fast paced package.

Pilates

Designed to train the mind and body. Pilates promotes strength, stability, and flexibility using repetitive exercises that focus on your core strength.

Reformer Pilates

A low-impact, full-body workout performed on a specialized machine called a reformer, which uses springs, pulleys, and a sliding carriage to create resistance. It focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, enhancing posture, and increasing overall body control through slow, controlled movements.

Yoga

A mental, spiritual, and physical exercise that has been practiced for centuries. This discipline will not only help your flexibility, but also give you a life long tool of simple meditation & breath control for overall health and relaxation. We also offer Slow Flow and Power Yoga variations.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

Body Sculpt

Body sculpt is a great course to help strengthen those difficult areas. This class focuses on toning the arms and abs, and gives great ideas on things you can also do on your own.

Spin

Spin is a high-energy cycling class meant to give an intense cardio and fat burning workout. Spin will target different areas of the body including glutes, quads, hamstrings, and most importantly the heart. Get your sweat on!

Barre

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
